Anthem is exhibiting at the 2011 CEDIA Expo, showing off a new addition to the Statement Amplifier Series: the M1 mono amplifier. The M1 is capable of 2400 watts when connected to a 120-watt/15-amp line, only occupies one rack unit, and features a heat pipe cooling system that allows multiple amplifiers to be rack mounted directly on top of one another.
The Statement M1 comes equipped with a proprietary load monitoring system. The M1 uses a digitally modeled time constant of the circuit interruptor and does not trip as soon as the maximum current is reached. The unit can also put out two kilowatts continuously on 240 volts without causing circuit interruption. The estimated retail price is $3,500. For more information visit Anthem or call 905.564.1994.
